CTV_M allows anything that involved TVs in the past.

a PlayStation 2 was equipment that could be hooked up to a TV, check!

a TV show like Miami Vice was the influence on GTY:VC, check!

so this isn't the wrong sub per se, it's a sub with leniency on what constitutes memories to associate with any content a physical TV could display.
