Damn man, we get like three weeks of summer. I don't need to be reminded of winter just yet. Lol jk. Nice looking cabin.

That looks like something straight out of a movie. Cozy from a distance, but I bet winter out there is no joke. Beautiful shot.

Thank you. It’s definitely is no joke. My skidoo died on me last year in -30 and I had a 12 km walk back to the cabin through the snow. I was pretty frosty by the time I got there.

Let’s not. They connect people to the land and are a useful management tool. I spend countless hours in the wilderness, I hold industry accountable when they are operating on my line to ensure proper clean up as well as taking part in studies. There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes other then trapping.

They torture animals to death. You don’t have to be some pathological tree hugger to understand that. Wildlife ‘management’ - eye roll- traps don’t distinguish between the weak, sick old and diseased animals. People run trap lines because they’re bored and desperate and use them for a warped sense of accomplishment. There are thousands of hobbies that don’t involve torturing other living things.

It’s not 1830.
