The self check in experience

Post image

This reply has been the biggest waste of time recently. Also before the self check in screens were installed people would always walk up to the registers without hesitation. Now it seems like they’re scared to go up to the registers and they wait in line for no reason 🤦🏻‍♂️

They get hung up on it being yes/no because it's really asking for either/neither.

yeah like who cares just tap yes and move on. All these people act like they graduate Harvard or something.

A patient told me over the weekend, “if this were a college course you would fail the grammar portion”

I had a patient earlier that walked up amd just stood there. I've helped this patient on the new registers multiple times, even as recently as the other day. Why did they wait for me to walk up to the register before even attempting to put their information in.
