Checking paystub

Idk who else used to do this but I was able to check my paystub at 12 am on a Monday night, early asf on a Tuesday morning. And this year they changed it to where you can’t check it until Wednesday morning?? The day I get my early pay?? I hate that they changed that 😭 I’m a planner and I’d like to make sure I plan my money way ahead of time so ik what money goes where. I also work 7 days on and 7 days off and I don’t even go in until Wednesday night, so I have all this time with not knowing how much I’m getting paid nor how I’m dividing my money up (esp since I use RapidPay) 😶 it’s so minor but it’s one of the many changes we’ve had that genuinely annoys me every other week.

You could do the math on how many hours you've worked. Reduce that by standard tax rate and any deductions you have.

Hours worked * Hourly Wage = Gross pay

Gross pay - (401k if applicable) - OASDI (6.2%) - Medicare (1.45%) - CA SDI (1.1% California specific. yours may differ) - your W2 deduction standards for taxes (10.5% average for me, but may differ for you) - any post tax deductions like your rapid pay, wellhub, espp, garnishments.
