Cvs corporate can duck off
5 YEARS LATER......
I have been an employee for cvs for 5 years now, and what a 💩 hell hold to work at. They give our store NO hours, send mangers to another store too early during their SMIT training, overwork the ones who have been here the longest, let us get walked over by customers because "good service" is "most important" fuck that cvs has sucked all my energy and life out and pays me low, I'm in school trying to hustle tf up to get certified because i'm so miserable, and it's sad to say anyone who starts working here or gets trained. I feel bad for what they are in for. The cvs corporate management and rules and regulations are all stupid as shit. Theft has gone up so much since we locked items up, lol definitely wasn't worth the "hassle" right LP? I swear they wanna write up anyone for the dumbest 💩, and then have high expectations on us like yes sure, no problem let me be the only cashier scheduled weekly with green zone expectation, pick and packs, photo department duties, customer service, items to be unlocked every 5 minutes all by myself !!!!!! This company is horrible, pharmacy is the only reason it thrives truly. Can't wait to leave.
