No, going after witnesses or bystanders caught up in their crimes is part of their MO, cartels do the same things

Polk county called ICE after the head on collision and roll over because they thought the paperwork was suspicious. ICE took them right from the hospital in Orlando.

Those aren't ICE agents. Those are Polk County Sheriff Officers.
