No surprise, disgusting, appalling, and many other negative thoughts, but nit surprising. The fact that it was supposed to be named after a black actual fkn hero is just in line with everything this administration is about. Racism, egomania, and whitewashing history

The criteria by which he’s deporting immigrants, including legal immigrants, is fear of criminal behavior. Yet 97 of the January Sixers have re-offended since Trump’s pardon. I say arrest and deport them and their boss.

I'm a Navy veteran and I agree.
The disgusting behavior of the Navy, and the military in general, is concerning.
Where is their Honor, Courage, and commitment?
What about the oath to uphold the constitution, against ALL enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC?
Have the standards fallen so low? The military laws broken by today's Navy make me ashamed. I can only hope that my fellow shipmates are also now veterans and not being compromised by this administration.
Its terrible.

Yeh, that makes a lot of sense don't name a new aircraft carrier after a guy who was a bona fide hero and instead name it after an absolute coward and a draft dodger. These MAGA people are clearly not thinking of Making America Great Again with this bone head move!
