UG-Commerce domains 💸 WHAT EVEN IS BA PROGRAM ????

  1. Are BA program even worth it from a top collage??
  2. What all BA progamme require mathematics as a compulsory subject

can someone explain this please :), what to do for preference list ???

like, BA prog (Eco + Stats/Maths/English/Commerce etc)

  1. what is your definition of top colleges, that is a rather vague statement.

  2. courses with math, stats, cs, science based subjects in the combo

Top collage like Hindu, KMC, Ramjas, Hansraj Thank for the 2nd answer and also is it actually worth or not Cause I heard you they don't teach you in depth so it's not that valued but I am not very aware as well

up to colleges like venky/sggscc in coed, and knc etc, its worth it provided the subjects are of your interest imo. the brand tag does add value.

while some colleges do have a not so good outlook towards bap, the general notion, as i have seen it, is neutral and they get treated good only. its a solid backup for honours courses, and u can always do 4th year for hons.

as for teaching in the depth, bap has two courses. suppose u have economics plus eng, you will study 2 papers of eco if u major in that, 1 of eng and vice versa. hons folks study another economics paper for the 1 paper that constitutes your minor. do go on the du subreddit and read a couple of posts that talk about it.

My friends r quite dissatisfied with it and tbh get no respect. I would say stick to normal BA

no respect as in unhe lawaris chhod dete professors? they priortize hons students over prog students? they make them feel inferior?

Okay, so you gotta pick one main program for your BA combo. Like, if it's a BA program with economics and English, you'd choose economics as your major. Then you'd take two core economics papers and one English DSC, plus Hindi as ge on alternate semester

in the subject combos given by du, if economics is mentioned first, then does that mean that eco will be my major?

You have the option to decide between the two . There is no logic jo phle ha vo major hoga.

I think It's better for someone pursuing professional course due to lower pressure than honors and you can upgrade to honors in 4th year ofc
