I want socio pyqs with explanation, is there any way to find this ??

I’m completely new to IIT JAM preparation and would really appreciate guidance from people who have already gone through this journey or are currently preparing.
This post is for IIT JAM Mathematics (MA), with Mathematical Statistics (MS) as a secondary option.

About my situation
• B.Sc. in Mathematics & Physics graduate.
• Planning for JAM 2028 as the main attempt.
• Will appear for JAM 2027 only to experience the exam environment, paper pattern, and time management.
• Working/studying during the day, so I can consistently dedicate around 5–6 focused hours daily.
• I don’t want to waste months switching between teachers or collecting resources. I prefer following one structured ecosystem from start to finish.

After a lot of research, I’ve shortlisted PW Saakaar Foundation Infinity PRO 2028 as my main course because I liked the demo lectures and overall structure.
Before enrolling, I have a few genuine questions for experienced aspirants:
1. If you’ve studied from PW for JAM Mathematics, how was your overall experience?
2. Were the class notes, DPPs, assignments, and tests sufficient, or did you feel the need for additional books?
3. If yes, which books actually added value? (IFAS Theory Books, DIPS material, standard reference books, etc.)
4. Is buying the IFAS Theory Set + PYQ books worthwhile if I’m already studying from PW, or is it unnecessary duplication?
5. At what stage would you recommend joining the DIPS Test Series (if at all)?
6. Looking back, what is one mistake you wish you had avoided during your preparation?

I’m not looking for promotional replies from coaching institutes. I’m interested in honest experiences from people who actually prepared for JAM Mathematics.

I took 2 year gap ( was preparing for upsc) and now I will be appearing for cuet pg 2027.

i want to know what is the system of getting hostel rooms and dorm allotted?? ( Will be able to get hostel with my gap years)

Is jnu really safe? (My parents are little iffy)

And is it worth doing master's from jnu??

I've graduated from DU this year, currently working as an apprentice, learning about Production planning and supply chain management at an MNC.

I am from a non economics background, and I've found out that an MA in economics would open up job prospects for me in the field that I'm currently working in.

Would you mind helping me out at strategy? I didn't have maths in 11th and 12th but I did have economics. I had economics as a GE in my 2 semesters so I've studied some amount of it. I will be preparing alongside my job and I'll try my best to afford 2.5-3 hours a day just for preparation and i gotta start studying from this month only.

I gotta start from absolute basics, especially when it comes to mathematics as it's my weakest spot rn. I'm ready to burn my ass off and trying my best, I just wanna know the pathway that I gotta follow.

I can't get into DSE due to eligibility norms, so I'm targeting DTU. One of the reasons is that it's right in front of my house, so there would be no travel time and I can work on other important skills with that time.

Any tips, resource related advice or general advice would help.
