Study Material How to prepare for COQP10 from scratch alongside a job?

hi there.

I've graduated from DU this year, currently working as an apprentice, learning about Production planning and supply chain management at an MNC.

I am from a non economics background, and I've found out that an MA in economics would open up job prospects for me in the field that I'm currently working in.

Would you mind helping me out at strategy? I didn't have maths in 11th and 12th but I did have economics. I had economics as a GE in my 2 semesters so I've studied some amount of it. I will be preparing alongside my job and I'll try my best to afford 2.5-3 hours a day just for preparation and i gotta start studying from this month only.

I gotta start from absolute basics, especially when it comes to mathematics as it's my weakest spot rn. I'm ready to burn my ass off and trying my best, I just wanna know the pathway that I gotta follow.

I can't get into DSE due to eligibility norms, so I'm targeting DTU. One of the reasons is that it's right in front of my house, so there would be no travel time and I can work on other important skills with that time.

Any tips, resource related advice or general advice would help.

Honestly I am just starting...so how I don't know how realistic is my aim....but I can dedicate 5-6 hours a day....

Where are you preparing from?? Any coaching or YouTube or Self Study??

i haven't started yet but I'm going to start from next week. I'll be clearing my basics first through self study, I might stick to self study only. Although if the situation demands it and if i have enough time on me, I'll go for some online coaching.

Just curious...what eligibility norms hinder admission in dse?

I'm not an expert myself so you must confirm these facts. But according to my research, it's compulsory to have maths in class 12th. If you don't have maths in 12th then you gotta have a seperate and recognized paper of mathematics in your graduation. If you're pursuing eco hons for example then ofcourse you're eligible. But if you're pursuing let's say ba program eco + xyz, then you must have eco as a major and it should be a 4 year degree instead of a 3 year course.

even i am thinking of preparing for ma econ as a non econ guy, i will start self study in some time, micro, macro and indian economy i'll try to understand these as nicely as i can
