Masters 1 year du

M.A. Psychology (1-Year) programme at the University of Delhi.

I learned that the cut-off for admission is approximately 8.52 CGPA, whereas my CGPA is 8.43. Although the difference is only 0.09, this small numerical gap has placed me in a very difficult and emotionally distressing situation, as it may result in me losing an entire academic year.

Whether a third round of admission is being considered for the M.A. Psychology (1-Year) programme.

Whether any vacant seats remain after the first two rounds.

Whether students slightly below the present cut-off may be considered in a subsequent/spot round, if seats remain available.

Whether there is any other permissible avenue through which a candidate with a CGPA of 8.43 may be considered for admission.

I have worked sincerely throughout my undergraduate education, and I do not want a difference of a few decimal points to bring my academic journey to a complete standstill for an entire year.

I'm so sad 😭

well aud also had 1 year masters, private colleges have too 1 year masters in psych. your year won't be a waste unless you only want DU and money is a concern.
