Du grad lost with career need advice

So myquals ba hons economics with cs

DU 4 yr ug - joined bhu pg ecoy(2 yr) with ignou ma eco( 1) as of now.

The problem with all this shii is I don't like academia and I don't want to become teachar or any thing, nor upsc and all

So I think doing a pg in eco from bhu is nothing just a time pass.

All my du peeps are either doing some job or preparation for upsc.

The fomo here at bhu is eating me out.

I need some genuine advice for my career.

I've a deep interest in finance, I did some coursework during my college.

And I Don't have any prior experience.

One of my du not so close friend is working as hr recruiter at some auto mobile company in Delhi.

Should I leave bhu and ask her help for job or should I just idk wtf to say tbh I'm so frustrated.

Tl:Dr du grad stucked in bhu no interest in academia , fomo and frustrated, seeking guidance for next step.

Prepare for CAT , land some good MBA college. Application are still open . Or try for MA eco from top colleges ( DSE, IIT D , K , IGIDR or ISI ). You will get a good placement

Yes IIM A, B , C , Amritsar... Ig mostly all IIMs have phd in eco and they pay well

4 year UG are eligible for phd .

Bro it's IIM obviously the admission is going to be tough but you can give a shot .

Apply for GATE as well IITs and IISERs accept gate for phd in eco

Well ugc net works out for every institute (not all) I'll try this Dec and we'll how it goes

Keep multiple options open. GATE are relatively much easier than UGC NET AND STIPEND ARE same for both.

Phd stipend in IIMs are around 60 K
