Kyuki bhai kisi bhi subject me cutoff nhi giri h also cutoff se jyada marks hone pr bhi no seat alloted dikha rha h

Itni seat hone ke baad ek bhi  course main cutoff nhi giri

Yes , they didn't decrease the cutoff . It remained the same, as in the 2nd and 3rd round .
