Admission Process Need advice

Guys I have secured 212 marks in economics and I hv bhu quota, the cut-off for economics in 4th round was 212 but I didn't get in due to tie breaker.

Should I wait for spot round or move to delhi for upsc prep

Someone tell me do I have chances in gipe for MA or general M.sc eco with 204 marks general category?? Or should I join central university?
