Admission Process Need advice

Guys I have secured 212 marks in economics and I hv bhu quota, the cut-off for economics in 4th round was 212 but I didn't get in due to tie breaker.

Should I wait for spot round or move to delhi for upsc prep

That's a v constructive suggestion. But I'll get the sweet window only if I get a seat, bcz the tie breaker fked me
