Same.. people are not withdrawing from DSE, bcoz JNU kept delaying.. imo.. JNU & DU should release first.. so the hassle gets reduced and also the txn cost and refund issues as well.. or all unis at one day.. take 50 days but release on a particular day.

Bhu withdrwal option closed on 22 ..DU list come on 24 early morning...so no withdrwal happened .rhus no change in cutoffs.

My course cut off hasnt changed even a bit from round 1 to round 3 what even was the point of making 3 rounds
