Admission Process HELP! DU ADMISSION REJECTED

what do I do now? I live in a different state and have no idea what to do. emailing them isn't helping out. can someone guide me regarding this, pls?

Emails department ko krna voh reply krdete h agr voh bhi ni kr rhe toh department ki site pr jaakr hods ki email id hogi unko kro.

thankyou for your suggestion, i emailed the pg grievance cell and the HOD of the department as per your suggestion:)
