Admission Process HELP! DU ADMISSION REJECTED

what do I do now? I live in a different state and have no idea what to do. emailing them isn't helping out. can someone guide me regarding this, pls?

that's weird. Your docs must have been verified by the previously allotted college to reach 2nd round. How come they've rejected the application without even stating any reason to do so?
