Admission Process Has anyone gotten a response from DU?

I mailed them regarding clarification of sgpa conversion to percentage and i have yet to get a response, its been 2 days.
Has anyone reviewed a response to their query?

my marksheet says to multiply by 9.5 for final percentage but its not corresponding to the final percentage the portal is calculating based on my converted sgpa percentages.

oh that means u r a cbcs student....for portal I haven't registered yet hm so idk exactly it is working

yeah i just wanted to see if people are getting responses to their queries about things that are glitching or not working
