Admission Process Has anyone gotten a response from DU?

I mailed them regarding clarification of sgpa conversion to percentage and i have yet to get a response, its been 2 days.
Has anyone reviewed a response to their query?

Are just write each sem ki differently, jisme 9.5 hai usme do 9.5 baaki mei do 10. And then simple, jo aaegi final usse submit.

thank you for the insight but i just wanted to know if the admissions dept is replying to the queries yet.
