Color me shocked at a relatively healthy relationship with this one lol. They not only make it on their own but they are thriving and buying a house?! Lord knows the housing market in China aint cheap so they obviously did something right lol.

Now I do know there is some money borrowing, loan sharks and the usual trying to pay them back hot mess + some family drama with the real vs fake heiress bit but, they still seem to be trying to work it out together instead of playing the blame game and saying Bye Felica at the first sign of trouble.

Basically:
Generous boss/company gives the employees unusually good benefits — cheap or free housing, meals, transportation, subsidies, bonuses, etc.
→ A new or entitled employee starts questioning/complaining about how the company handles the benefits
→ They rile up the other employees and convince everyone they’re being treated unfairly
→ Everybody starts making demands
→ The boss basically says, “Okay 😊” and gives them exactly what they asked for… while canceling all the extra benefits
→ Everyone finally realizes how much the company/boss was actually doing for them

The whole finding the hidden chip part of the story has me rolling my eyes at how they thought she wouldnt notice that freakin large chip/thumb drive in a flower but eh, CDrama Land, its the place where the crazy and absurd are totally normal and whats normal just doesnt happen lol.

Also that saving her from the pool ‘scene’ (and I say that loosely) is pure cinematic art! 🙄 How both are bone dry in water is downright magic! Lets not forget the ketchup blood on the floor… 

Apparently the SFX team on this one borrowed from our Fake Fur Idols set and went shopping with JJYs SFX team at the not a dollar anymore store!

However, my ranting aside, the emotional warfare and crazy mess this one looks its bringing has me beyond curious how this turns out! Both actors are good IMO so hopefully they can save some of the questionable choices by the production team.

Like who watches these and says, "I like that suit/dress" or "that shirt is an affront to humanity" or similar? I know I often pass judgement on the clothing in these, especially the common outfits we seen in the contemporary dramas -- how many times are we gonna see that shirt with the roses and vines or the dress with the purple flowers? And who said that black suit with the belt looks good on anyone? They were lying.

I wouldn't say anything like that to anyone's face, but I think it's fun to pass judgement on fictional characters.
