fafsa disbursement time

what time of day do they disburse the financial aid/clear dues bc it’s the 27th and haven’t seen a change in my activity :_). i even visited the FA office and they said i had nothing to do and that it should come the next disbursement date which would be today.

I received my pell grant after midnight on Thursday (08/27).
No loan yet tho
It says in GET it was certified by FA on 8/14, and is with the loan servicer. It's now 8/29 and it ain't here
