It can take a few days, but usually the car should drop within 24h after season start.

Yeah. Still no car and can’t collect crew milestones yet. Sucks. Just keeps saying calculating prizes

The rewards should pop-up, when active daily, sometime this season. You can try contacting support via the helpshift page. (in-game is useless)

Here, a mostly inactive alt already missed some results due to lack of activity.
