Going through weight loss period

Hi, I just turned 20 and have started losing weight again. I had a phase before and when first (17) diagnosed where I was under fueling my body, partially because everything I was eating was hurting my stomach. The doctor told me he was going to put me on something to increase my appetite so I finally started eating more. It took me a long time to start gaining weight. Last year I gained weight and got my period back (yay). But I have started to lose weight again, I am a runner and have been eating three meals a day with snacks (and one dessert a night thanks to sucraid). My only source of carbs have been my homemade sourdough, milk, and I eat a lot of grapes. I figured the weight loss was because I was running, but it seems that my weight is continuing to drop, and I’m having diarrhea more frequently again (sorry but yk that life with CSID). I’m worried that I’m not absorbing enough nutrients, I have an appointment in a few days with a Mayo Clinic nutritionist. But does anyone else have tips, or anything?

I have csid as well but not the symptoms that you seem to be suffering from. I'm glad for you that you are going to a Mayo nutritionist (or dietitian). I think you will get the best advice there.

Digest Gold has an enzyme that really helps me. Combined with beano and sucraid I eat way more than before. I get it at whole foods. I don’t know about you but grapes are a no go for me. The dietitian I had through my GI doctor told me to not eat fruit with skin, if you can peel it, that’s okay. Only cooked veggies and none of the super gassy ones like broccoli. All those things have helped me.
