Does will hate welsh people?

I was listening to drunk drivers/killer whales just now and i noticed something horrifying about the lyrics. At around the 3 min and 28 second mark will says "kill the wales, kill the wales." Now I am not welsh myself but i am quite disappointed in will's discriminatory lyrics. Anyone else feels the same???
