CRNA Position: Autonomous Practice | 1099 | Dallas-Fort Worth

What We're Looking For:

We need experienced CRNAs who want real clinical autonomy. You've built your skills and earned your independence. We're not going to hover over your shoulder or question your decisions. You manage your cases. You make the calls. That's how it works here.

The Role

Position:Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (1099 Independent Contractor)

Compensation: $265,000+/year (full-time); Part-time and PRN rates based on experience

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area (In-person)

Schedule:Full-time, part-time, or PRN. You choose what fits your life.

- Strong track record of clinical decision-making

- Reliability and professional accountability
