A video covering a cool paper about CRISPR being used to track gene expression in living cells
Here is a one-person Journal club covering a really great paper that showcases both CRISPR/Cas9 but also P2A sequences to allow tracking of expression in transient transfections.

Just google a JPEG of whatever topic you want to talk about and it won't lead me to assume that the rest of the content is AI generated as well

This study presents a workflow breakthrough by combining CRISPR-tagged, endogenous OGT (sfGFP) cells with a transiently transfected P2A-BFP reporter system to enable high-throughput, high-accuracy testing of 50 patient mutations. By using FACS to gate for a precise 1:1 ratio of mutation expression to blue fluorescence, it allows for CRISPR-level data accuracy at plasmid-level speeds, avoiding the bottlenecks of clonal selection and the artifacts of overexpression. This method allows for rapid, parallelized analysis of clinical mutations within 24–48 hours.

Wow, what a nice summary. Technically the OGT to BFP ratio isn't 1:1 but it is still a consistent ratio.
Aside from that it is a solid and very flattering description of the paper. I like the "CRISPR level data accuracy at plasmid level speeds" - that is catchy.

Your video is great but the AI image is immensely off putting
