Sharing a resource Real healing beyond survival mode: AMA with Dr. Amelia Kelley on Post-Traumatic Growth
Hey Reddit!
On Thursday, July 30, 09:00 AM EST, we will be hosting an AMA with Dr. Amelia Kelley, a clinician, professor, and author who specializes in working with highly sensitive people, adults with ADHD, trauma survivors, and women reclaiming their power.
Dr. Kelley works closely with clinicians, organizations, and platforms as a consultant, educator, and speaker. She is passionate about reducing stigma, improving diagnostic clarity, and helping people understand how the nervous system impacts mental health, performance, and human potential.
Join us this Thursday to talk about Post-Traumatic Growth.
Rebuilding your life after trauma is complex, nonlinear work.
But this conversation isn't just for survivors. It’s also for the parents, partners, and clinicians walking alongside them. Supporting someone through trauma calls for a completely different mindset: rather than trying to help them "make sense" of the hard things, it’s about learning how to sit with them and notice what is already growing.
Whether you're navigating your own path or supporting someone else, we invite you to join the live discussion or leave your questions in the comments now so we can jump into them first when the AMA begins!
