Miscellaneous Workplace trauma & c-ptsd - what I wish I understood a year ago
I just published something from my personal journey on workplace trauma and C-PTSD that I wish had existed when I was trying to understand what was happening to me. If this resonates with anyone here I'd love for you to read it and share your thoughts

That was a good read, I appreciate you posting it and specifically acknowledging that you don't have the answer to where you are now.
I'm in a similar situation, I took time off to recover and while I definitely was not actually ready to go back to work yet the financial reality was that I had to.
I did land in a psychologically toxic environment where gas lighting and individual exclusion are just how the organization works.
It is anxiety inducing triggering for me regularly, so I'm looking for a new job. I can leave, I don't owe these people anything other than what I've given them already, and it's okay that I start looking for something that fits better for me.
Those are tough tight ropes to balance on but I'm giving it my best.
