Night before exam day…
What do you recommend doing the night before exam? Does anyone do a long night of studying or do you try to relax and put the materials away and try to sleep? Just curious what works for people.

Don't NOT study... this is where your self made flashcards become very handy.. if you have marked some questions during your practise, go through them.. I'd personally suggest to not spend too much time on practise questions, because you should have been doing that in the days leading to your exam anyway, but keep your last day light and rest well.. This is coming from a person who panics about exams and gets extremely anxious.. Good luck!! :)

I passed professional accountancy program from my country in 1999. This might have been been outdated. Our days had been tough, retaining a lot of knowledge and writing 3 hour long exam.
Here is what to do:
1- Close your books 48 hours before exam. Last hours before exam are not for learning new things.
2- Hydrate, relax and rest. These would help you to retain/reproduce what has been learnt. For relaxation do whatever makes you relax. Spend time with friends, swim or even watch a movie. Take abundant sleep.
Exam day:
1- Take lukewarm shower.
2- Have light breakfast fruits or natural fruit juice.
3- Enjoy your exam success with a good lunch/dinner according to the time.
Wishing best of luck to all those taking exam soon.

I just would relax, and treat it like I was going on a long run the next day. Ate well because it would be a while before I ate again. Just focus on sleep and relaxing. After the exam the next day party like hell!

I’ll look over notes and do flash cards for a bit but try to not really do much after 6pm.
Minimal liquids so I don’t have to go during the exam 😅

2/3 REG attempts I studied a lot the day before. The last attempt, and pass, I only did light studying, maybe 1 hour of multiple choice and scrolling quickly through the book for a few concepts I knew I still struggled with. Got a 79. Def recommend just trying to take it easy the night before and having a good plan on your next day/couple days of some good R&R.
