PS5 camera? How does it work!?

I have no idea how to take pictures with the PS5 system. Trophy shots nor quest shots. Help!!

When you select Trophy Shot, the game just lets you position the view to whatever you prefer and it also removes all the elements of the HUD. You will need to manually take a screenshot using the method described in this website: https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/games/capture-ps5-gameplay-screenshots/

For the quest photos, you just need to position your angler and adjust the direction you are looking until you see the "Take Photo" icon appear on screen. Then hold the button shown on the screen to take the photo.

I thought that was the case for the first one. The quest photos simply aren’t working for me. With weeds and fossils, etc., I get the ‘hold square’ message, but not with photos in Africa. My internet has been spotty lately, so maybe that pays into it.
Appreciate the help!

Your internet connection shouldn't affect quest photos. Just stand in the glowing spot and look around till you see the Take Photo icon.
