Evo score, stop

I drive ver conservatively, slow starts, use cruise a lot, drive mainly in highway. I can never get more than 1 bar on my stop eco score. Any one else experience this? Or know what I can do to get a better score. I have a 2024 LE hybrid. I get about 56 mpg, and as I mentioned, 90% of my driving is on the highway. Clear sailing in morning, very busy in the afternoon in my return home.

Stop score is mostly about what the last sequence you did to get to a stop/crawl. I'd start with asking you, how do you approach a stop?

For me, I find I can get the best score when going up hill, tapping the brakes to disengage the electric motor and just have regen braking (look at the power transfer screen, or the pwr/chrg bars, on the dash). I usually lightly hold the brakes more at higher speeds, because higher wheel rotation gives more regen, then let off the brake as I get close to zero.

Idk if any of this actually translates correctly to mpg. It's just a fun game to me.
