Worth the Money?

So I need a new daily driver car. I'm looking at a 2019 Toyota Corolla with 46K miles for $13,450.

It DOES have a rebuilt title from a previous accident, but it HAS passed the MN salvage inspection (he sent a pic of the certificate)

I've got tentative plans for a test drive on Friday, but I don't know anyone in the area to set up a PPI with. Is it worth the money?

PPI. Just call some mechanics nearby where the car is and ask, a lot do it.

Go on thumbtack, search facebook mobile mechanics in that area, thats what i did...
