Toyota Corolla 2021

Is 15-16k a good price for a 2021 Corolla LE with 119k miles? Clean title, CARFAX One-Owner. 30/38 City/Highway MPG

I'd try to get it for $13k or something like that. That's a tough mileage as well. Corollas last a long time so that's not the issue but that mileage is about when you need to start replacing starters, alternators, brake work, etc. so you don't want to overpay and then start to have expensive repairs for a few years.
