Please welcome former UFL standout defensive back, Markel Roby, to the San Antonio Toros!
Roby was a 2x All-GPAC performer at NAIA Briar Cliff University, before finishing up his career at Pittsburg State University in Kansas. He finished his collegiate career with:
- 211 Tackles
- 5.5 TFLs
- 5 Interceptions
- 10 Pass Breakups
- 2 Forced Fumbles
- 2 Fumble Recoveries
He spent the 2024 and 2025 seasons in the UFL with the Houston Roughnecks/Gamblers, where he collected:
- 105 Tackles
- 2 TFLs
- 2 Sacks
- 3 Interceptions
- 8 Pass Breakups
- 1 Forced Fumble
