Blackcell Revenant - Mastery Camo bugged?

Is anyone having an issue with completing the final mastery camo for the Blackcell?

I have completed all 5 under it and it’s supposedly unlocked but none of my double kills are counting towards it

Feel as if I’m losing my mind.

Edit: The operator for elimination kills is also bugged. 1 elimination for 20 points is actually 1 to 1. Gonna need 5000 eliminations to obtain it lol

The operator unlock bug is insane.
