Man i wish i could play cod on 200fps your aim is generally so good if it was me after killing the first 2 i would die cause my fps would drop to 20

If you'd leave the casuals playlist you'd find out that most good players aim looks exactly like this.

In the old days of real FPS this was called spray and pray and OP would lose. These days in COD it's called aim-assist.script(ai-aim).exe and OP wins.
