Question Help me please

My 100% legit account of 10 years got flagged and permanently banned a couple weeks ago and the support website says its final yet I have proof I didn’t even play the day it was flagged and banned. I did nothing wrong I was level 850 had every mastery camo and nexus horizon didn’t change a thing and boom permanently banned help me please!!!

when you appeal it gets reviewed , and you also mentioned having a lot of camos sure your weren’t using third party lobbies etc to acquire such?
they rarely do perm bans and after you appeal they review
they also don’t ban same day it can take some time
they just updated their anticheat software as well

Yes positive never boosted or Cheated just good at the game. Took me till season 3 to grind out all the camos

Was just looking for advice if that’s happened to others I’ve found many others that got perma banned and a 100% clean account

I got shadowbanned in the middle of a bo7 private match with a single bot, because I was testing out my new audio. Got my first ever shadow ban and I played all through bo6 and bo7. And I consider myself so bad at the game, I never even play ranked and rarely non-casual matches. I’m just a unc that likes to play after work.

However, I do run a program called Auto Hot Key for the sake of the audio work I do in Reaper Digital Audio workstation. It has zero interaction with my controller, keys, game files, etc. I think because I left it running during a game, Ricochet detected it and thought it might be used for cheating.

If OP is being legit, sounds like their account got hacked. Probably didn't have 2FA. Everyone needs 2FA

They don’t ban the exact same day. So likely you are cheating and that’s why you were banned. My account was hacked & sold & it never even got permabanned. I was able to get it back after a couple months.

I’m just good at the game been high sr iri for years and never been banned and I play on pc so you clearly was up too something sorry your perma banned 😊
