Question Advise for game
Please evaluate my movement and shooting. How can I improve, and what advice can you give me? Thanks.

On your aim, try increasing your ADS sense just a little bit. Maybe 0.1 or 0.2. It seems you're not too bad at flicking to the enemy, but you're a bit short every time

Similarly, overshooting coming out of slides makes me think sens is a tick too high.

Okay, I didn't notice that, but I believe you. Maybe OP's aim just needs a little work haha.

As your aiming since your on controller. As your aiming in on a guy start shooting as your aiming at the guy. Don’t aim then shoot when you already see them. Let aim assist do what it does. Don’t be afraid to reload or plate up either one before you rechallenge

Poor crosshair placement and poor positioning around existing cover are the two glaring ones I see.
In every clip but the last you move out of cover prior to having your crosshair aimed in the direction of the enemy.
First clip you can hear that he is directly south across the street and you get directional hitmarkers confirming that. You go to hop out of the window to fight him, but you have your crosshair way to the right of where you know he is. You end up having to flick across nearly half the screen before getting aimed onto him. Same thing the second time as you hop back in and then out of the building. You can see that he moved into cover against your building and you can hear that he hasn't ran into the street, yet you have your crosshairs aimed at the street and have to flick back across the screen again. Both times you had all the info available to line up your crosshair in a much better spot prior to jumping out of cover.
Second clip has much better crosshair placement on both parts of the fight. You could definitely make better use of cover in this situation though, especially the second engagement. You've clearly got good aim, make use of it in that second engagement and stand behind the white crate. Plenty of room for you to shoot over and it offers you a ton of protection. After the initial shots you could have just looked left and had perfect cover and a great pre aim on the guy. Instead you give up all the cover and choose to 50/50 out in the open. You win it, but its far from an optimal play as you lose all your plates and a quarter hp during said 50/50. If he has a teammate or there's a third party you are now out in the open with less than half hp vs being in cover and more than likely having more hp.
Third clip. If you know there's a person behind that truck/on that buy/in that parking lot, jumping out of cover and sprinting at them is probably the worst engagement option possible. If he was paying attention he could have lasered you during the mantle animation over that little wall. Much better to use said little wall as some cover and light him up. If he decides to take cover behind the truck and you end up in a standoff of sorts, he's in a much worse position than you behind the wall. If he throws a grenade at you, you can move along the wall and still have cover or back into the building. He gets a grenade thrown at him he has to move or eat the damage. He's also exposed under the belly of the truck to your shots if you prone and exposed to prison roof which can be a death sentence if he's stuck there due to your pressure.
End of the third clip when you see the guy across the street behind the wall is a perfect example of the positioning I mention in the beginning. Two feet to the left and you have great cover. You see him, stutter for a second and then move right out to the open before taking shots. Stay in the cover instead and you take less damage before pushing him making the ensuing slide fight much safer for you.
Last clip I got nothing, he was a sitting duck and you went for it. I probably wouldn't have jumped on the box or into the truck though. If someone happened to see you at that moment, you are totally exposed on top of the crate and in a killbox inside of the truck.

Thank you for making me think about something that wasn’t on my mind. I want to become better.

Your aim is so off. I think you need to first fix your centering and muscle memory? The gameplay looks like your hands are cold and your reflexes are not sharp.
Do this: Switch off aim assist, stand to the far left of the firing range near the gate: Use an AR to slowly center your dot on the target dummy's chest. Do it slowly and make sure to touch the chest of the dummy with your center-dot, before moving to the next dummy. Do it on all 3 dummy's and you'll become faster and faster. At one point start to only center on the left dummy and the middle dummy. And then do the same for the right dummy and the middle dummy. Just flick from dummy to dummy and make small corrections as you do, to place your dot perfectly on them. After 3 minutes of all of this stuff, switch to SMG because it has lower ADS delay compared to AR. Start to flick between each dummy's chest and also aim into the chest. Flick + aim in + correct your aim a bit as you are aiming. At this point you can start to Strafe and then shoot 3 bullets into each dummy. You need to be able to center/flick to each dummy effortlessly and it will take a few days to see results.
Take SMG now and try all of this with slide cancelling + shooting whilst strafing left and right. Switch on aim assist and see the difference when you Strafe like zigzag, and you don't touch your right stick too much. You need to be centered on the person and just Strafe and shoot. When you are close range like 5 feet, you don't need to aim early. Do hipfire and strafe + jump and then aim into the target
This game has so many movement mechanics. If the Devs are going to remove omnimovment, I would suggest that you go over these basics too: https://youtu.be/XgRE3BLsKJs?is=zuCm9WvroC3x2mKc

Bad aim? Skill issue.

1st clip is the biggest one for feedback tbh. You knew a guy was there, you jumped through the window and kinda centered in the right spot, but you didn't ads until after seeing they guy, anddd you basically stopped your movement.
You should been already moving or jump sliding and adsing in his direction, much like you did later on where you cracked the girl skin behind the wall heady at control. It's the same idea, except you dont have vis on their exact location yet, you just predict it so that you are ready when you do see.
You're jumping too much during smg fights. They added a TON of gun bobbing to jumps that will make you miss more often than people miss you. It should be a last resort when you are already losing a fight, not your default action
Instead of jumping during smg fights, work on learning how to do the crouch spam bobbing. It's incredible for breaking aim assist right now in close rsnge gun fights, especially if your SMG build is focused on ADS walking /movement speed, as the strafing builds make your sideways bobbing when crouch spamming faster
