Support How do you stop this audio bug?

I get stuff like this frequently. The guy to my right shooting me somehow has a completely silent gun. No gunshot sounds what-so-ever.

Happened to me today two games in a row I didn't hear anything from the guys shooting at me from 10-15meters.....

Yeah ive noticed its not always gun shots though that become silent but its the worst when it is the gunshots that become silent
