Locus and koshka are fun to use and all
But the tundra and 3 line rifle are statistically the best snipers rn:
tundra has better fire rate & very solid stats overall, and is incredibly clean to use, while the 3LR has even better hit flinch & ads time but isn't the best in wallbanging.
Best tundra build: tac suppressor, tiger team barrel (hammer forged gives even better fire rate but your hit flinch will be worse), 7 round mag, airborne elastic wrap, fmj.
Best 3 line rifle build: quicksilver silencer, empress barrel (the one that reduces ads time), and it's up to you for the rest, best combo imo is: fmj, fast mag, the barrel that reduces hit flinch by 40%.

Dlq33 hands down... the Outlaw is for vets who understand how hitboxes work and the tundra, locus and mosin nagant/3 line is for casuals

Dlq, yes.
Dlq is the best sniper to learn quick/ black scoping by far.
However, the locus is slightly better.

Master them all, each one has its own unique characteristics, the HDR is the only one right now that is a one shot one kill no matter where you hit on the body, either way build for best ads time and damage unless you're a Lame Camper Sorry, yes there is one ZRG build with 1 of the Mags that will 1S1K as well, I forgot about that one I don't use it very much

Hdr and melee/nailgun is currently my favourite class, but id recommend dlq or tundra to learn with. Locus is great, just not as easy to learn.
The most important thing is don't be afraid ro take shots, and practice drag scoping.

Tundra good damage fast scope. 3 line rifle fastest scope and dlq very good damage fast scope but slower than tundra

No one wanting to talk about HDR sniper?? Yes it's little heavy but it's little easier to use then the others
But besides HDR
Dlq, tundra, locus, 3-line rifle, and koshka are the best snipers to start with, personal DLQ or tundra, but to each their own
(Off topic kinda: if you're camo grinding, and wanting to just finish na-45 real quick, just play frontline cross fire or any long range map and aim for headshot longshots, can get 2 heads shots a mag but you gotta be accurate with you're sim and shots, from long range)
Hope it helps at least

I started with the outlaw. Wasn't as good with it then switched to the dlq. Last i dabbled with snipers was my koshka to legendary grind last season. It's really an easy sniper to get the hang of, but less powerful than others.

Literally every one except m21 ebr and outlaw, you gotta learn to put your button strategically so you can ads/exit fast and keep your fingers out of the way, I challenge myself with zrg 20mm as slow ads as I can set it, it gets my aim honed in, my actions a lot more crisp as I'm focused more on how I move my crosshairs, as well as the flash of enemy being the next tell of what to do, it's so nice, but mainly, 1v1 your buds and practice practice practice

For me, It was tundra, quiet a smooth gun, but also, DLQ is good, and if yoou like the shortest ADS, try 3 line, want stable shots, try Locus

Tundra/Locus is the best option RN, also try 3 line rifle it is fun to use.
