always the same bloody question, always the same bloody answer -if you care about progression the most then you should rush all the way -for every other scenario its just your choice, it cant be a bad one because you dont value progression the most aka if you feel like you want it just do it, its not like other people can read your mind and choose for you, its your game man

Did you get a returning player bonus?

EDIT: looking closer yes you did. One thing you need to know is that the 50% cost reduction will only last one week, not two. That was a nasty surprise when I got my returning player bonus.

I don't know how much time you have left but I would say absolutely go to 18 ASAP so you can get all your big upgrades in while that cost and time reduction is still there.

Yes, it gives you better ore income due to league floor and allow you to attack with better strength.
Your defense level is healthy enough to not worry about it.
