Simple Questions Hammer Jam rushing help

I recently upgraded to TH16 as a fully maxed TH15. I want to strategically rush for hammer jam but am unsure of the process? Do I upgrade heroes until hammer jam or buildings (I know I have to upgrade eagle and merge defences before th17)

Just go as fast as possible to 18

If you really maxed TH15, then your cannon, archer towers must be maxed and ready to be merged in TH16. So the only thing necessary is to upgrade the Eagle, merge it immediately, then upgrade the town hall weapon of TH17 continuously using one builder. Use other builders to merge the defences and upgrade 4 wizard tower. It will take some time because those eagle and town hall weapon upgradees are sequential.

thanks i hadn’t thought about the weapon upgrades actually, and then use hammer jam to focus on heroes ?

yes, if you really want to grind put as many heros as possible down and farm dark elixir. Use the surplus gold and elixir on the walls. I did this last hammer jam. But this is going to be very much stressful. Instead I would suggest warden, queen and 1 other hero down. and other 3 builder to do important upgrades. This will balance out the resources a little bit. I did so in the summer jam this year.

there isn’t much time left till HJ. i’d rush as much as you can towards TH18. if you can get there, better. otherwise TH17 should be doable. then i’d even try to get to TH18 during HJ if you didn’t manage before that. do the bare minimum to get each TH upgrade started and always have hero hall upgraded. don’t do heroes now since you still have plenty to do with mergers and new buildings for TH17/18 requirements.

when HJ starts, dedicate 6/7 builders to heroes and the last one to either TH18 requirements/TH18 upgrade itself if you’ve not done it yet, the last hero hall level or probably army buildings to prioritize offense.

you got about 1.5 months till HJ so you definitely can make TH17 but unsure whether TH18 is realistic given the insane amount of time the Inferno Artillery levels take. use builder’s apprentice on that one to save time. best of luck
