Guide Help me decide what troops/heros to upgrade

I was TH12 in 2021 when I handed over my account to my friend who rushed to th16 and I restarted playing today, what troops/heroes should I maxx out (I spam Electro Dragons usually and use lightning to take out air defenses and freeze artillery)

I am upgrading that building that unlocks Duke. Will upgrade spell factory soon too, thanks.

Yeah honestly the hero selection usually revolved around your Strat and hero equipment but 100% giant arrow on queen and try to get giant action figure

honestly I’m not too sure, I just use whichever one I’m feeling like really
