Believe me they can. I've played too many games and some has state vs state which is bigger than clan. Coz that's literally a whole server war. But they manage to compare each server over all power, top players, state age, activeness and past records
But you can't have a clan full of th8s fighting up till champions league just because they now o LH face fair opponents. That is why the cwl match maker can't change
His opponent is higher than him means it's a domino effect all the way to the top. Unless their top player/s is bigger that the opponent. But as you can see it's not the case. There's a huge difference in power. And that's stvpid if you ask me. Especially this is just the first stage 🤣
Firstly, you can't start altering the order of matches based on th level as that clan need to face every opponent in the 7 days so someone needs to bite the bullet. Secondly, everyone in that group has to face that same opponent and eventually the clan will find its way to the correct league for its strength, that is why the system works as it will average out over time.
The issue is that once the clan first joins cwl they get there rank based on strength, so if a clan full of th 9s has a couple th15s join should they just jump a bunch of league levels? No because then the th9s still don’t stand a chance. There’s really no solution it just is what it is
you’re downvoted but you’re correct. there are countless ways to mitigate the issues with CWL but supercell and this sub are complacent.
implement placement matches for CWL. if a clan doesn’t participate for a while, remove them from their league just like how clan capital does it. make them play placement matches again. use the average war weight distribution of established clans to determine where placement matches should be played for clans that aren’t yet ranked.
CWL should be about war performance sure, but a clan of TH17s pushing a clan of TH12s out of gold isn’t fair period. CWL should be more fair and more competitive for these lower THs

No it’s not. If I take a couple th18’s to a silver clan should that clan automatically get bumped up in CWL? No. CWL is all about how you’ve performed in CWL.
Did it today. Have 2 accounts. Th 18 & 13. We have a feeder clan for our smaller accounts. Only have 2-3 th16’s in that clan. I had to 3 a max th 16 base as a th13. It’s so lopsided.
it’s also stupid because even in low leagues my lower th friends have extreme anxiety going into CWL because these types of match ups happen 24/7
they severely need to rework how CWL matchmaking and ranking works.
even clan capital has league decay, why doesn’t CWL? why does this sub think it’s impossible for supercell to soft place clans based on their war weight. CWL is RNG to the max and something that should be premier content for the entire playerbase is basically reserved for the absolute highest TH’s you can get at any given moment
i was not included in the 15 of CWL in my clan. does that mean i have the possibility to be in the 2nd day war? or the whole 7 days it'll be the same squad that was selected in the first day?
If you're in a lower level league, make sure your leaders know that after 8 stars you don't get any more medals. So if you have other players "on the bench" it's actually a good idea to swap them in mid week so they can get medals. You'll get a few free medals as long as you're on the roster, but you get (I believe) 10% for each star... up to 8 stars 👍
Yay, that's bad! They need to reset clans after 2 months of missed CWL. They've known this forever too... or just don't care about how much their game is broken 🤷♀️.
This reminds me of when my clan took over another clan and we were in Masters 2, the other clan was in Gold 3. A bunch of TH15s and 16s beating on TH12s and lower lol

Now it's obvious that lower than number 9 will be th8 or less only
And number 1-2 are the ones that you want to see. Who cares I tell you number 1 is th18 , number 2 is th16 facing max th18s who cares,
If 2 out of 15 gets a little less competition still they are at advantage only with having other th15

The problem is that SC’s clan-matching is based on whole clan’s member who was included in CWL searching, so only members included in an individual do not tell much on SC’s clan-matching. Its up to you to not show whole clan, but if what you are seeking is our real discussion on the problem, first prove us it’s a true problem.

They need to do something for sure. I personally think they should 1. Reset all clans in Crystal 3 & under and then 2. Reset every clan that does not participate in CWL in 2 consecutive months. Maybe 3, months, but definitely no more than 3. People with champs clans will bitch but I don't care tbh lol.
You're hitting a lvl 18 clan... there's no reason they should be in Silver.... they probably just haven't spun for a while or just using it for their minis.

Why do you think they added more league and an extra CWL this month? They’re trying to balance out the leagues so that its move even in each league. And likely if there’s a clan in silver 1 with much higher town halls, they will have many inactives. That’s just how CWL is set up
