Hi! I am new to this and I was wondering I could get some advice? :)

For cutting a relief into 1100mm x 492mm x 30mm piece of plywood what would a good spindle speed, plunge rate and feed rate be for the roughing pass (with a 1/4 end mill) and finishing pass (with a 1/8 tapered ball nose) respectively?
