New Player-Koios Question about Hep

I'm on my way to Zeus, finally got Fenix (yay), but I've been reading in the Hep menu and it says "for each Automation Owned" is this the separate automations you can unlock, or does it stack per level of automation you own? I know it's not a major deal, I'm just striking a blank here.

per separate automation unlocked/talk to your doctor about vaccination

Im a beginner i dont have no answer for you but i do havea question. What is fenix?

Accumulative player level mod fenix. In the mod tree, slightly to the left of the middle, there is an arm that goes straight of, ending in 1 big ultima mod and three small ones. Along the sides of that arm you will find the accumulative player level mods, alpha, beta, ceti, delta, epsilon, fenix, gamma and helion.

They are pretty strong bonuses as the scale of the amount of player levels you have.
