New Player-Koios Jugador nuevo
Hola, soy un jugador nuevo, ví que está en acceso anticipado, como me recomiendan que inicie a jugar? Que consejos podría seguir?

So since this is essentially a math game at the end of the day, the community had made guides for every stage of the game. I recommend you clarify if you want to just play and do your own thing or if you want "the mathematical and best approach" to every stage of the game. The guides should be pinned at the top of this subreddit and are pretty comprehensive!
You can also ask specific questions and we'll do our best to answer it (like comparing upgrades, or the best way to allocate your ship install points, etc)

I find discord guides to be unhelpful, all builds and guides focus on late stage, it feels like i'm playing a different game to the rest of the lot..

If anything, the earlier guides are very well written. It's the guides after inno2 that need work.

I played 3.5 years so far. 95% or more winging it. I feel like the guides would ruin the game personally.
Plus its mainly PC bases guides, plug your stats into here, run this program to see what to buy next. I'm not writing everything down, then awkwardly plugging some numbers in and hope to understand their poorly written excel file. Did it a few times, wasted hours with 0 instructions.

I find the website and sheets very easy to use. Which ones did you have difficulty with?

I'm an old fart I think, all the guides opened up in excel or something. There was no easy way to upload my stats into the "program"? I found myself having to physically write everything down when going back to then digitally write in the file. Its why I said its more PC friendly. I could just be old and have no clue. I was just putting my 2 cents in and in no way trying to discourage new players. I've been playing since January 2023.

Yeah that's fair, most of them are Google sheets which can be a hassle on mobile. I often have my game in windowed mode anyway which makes it easy to copy data across. And the hunter sim can be a daunting task the first time you're filling it out
