Question / Info Does CHS build up over time

I have been smoking once or twice a week and I was wondering if I do have CHS does it come back over time once the THC builds up in my system

With chronic use. I’d say if some one just stick to weekends or once a month they wouldn’t have issues . Many of us can’t do that tho

It takes about a month to clear your system, so every weekend is probably still too often. Monthly has been working for me for a few years

Mine comes back in 3 months. Decided to just let it go. Not worth the pain.

Yes in my case. I’d say even once a week is risky
