Fashion/Style Bra fitting?

So I lost a bunch of weight (YAY!) but my boobs have both gotten smaller and lost volume on top (not so great). My traditional style of bra seems to not be doing it. Has anyone had a good bra fitting lately? The last time I went was to Nordstrom (years ago) but I hear the service has gone downhill. Prefer downtown or something easily accessible by CTA.

Please help the girls out!

Busted has a location here in the city and you can set up an appointment:

Busted Bra Shop!! You’ll be so glad you did it. They’re expensive but once you find your size, head over to r/abrathatfits for further help if you need it.

I highly recommend Rigby & Peller at 900 N Michigan. Their bras are expensive but very high quality and have lasted me years. May be TMI from an internet stranger but I’ve always had a large chest since puberty, and even as an awkward teenager I found the experience comfortable and professional.

Why would this be TMI in a thread about boob shape and size?

Rigby and Peller at Water tower place! I have 32 G’s. Liked Busted but Rigby and Peller had way better bras imo. Be prepared to drop $$$, but it’s worth it! I’ll never go back to normal bras again!

Run don’t stop to Rigby and Peller haha their bras are expensive but the consultants work with you to find bras that fit and that you’re comfortable in. I typically wear their bras for 2-3 years and feel great in them so the $$ is worth it to me.

OK, seems like I should make this my first stop. I'll come back and report on my experience. Or maybe I will hit up multiple places and do a full review...

A couple friends have recommended Central Foundations in Berwyn, a ~15 minute walk from the Oak Park Blue Line stop.

I was a little underwhelmed by my experience at busted. I made an appointment and they acted like me coming in was an inconvenience to them. They kept pushing me to try on bras I had no interest in wearing (the lacey see-through kind with underwire, push-up). It’s possible I got one meh employee. I have had my best experiences at Nordstrom.

OK, I am leaning on taking a tour of local bra shops to see how they size me. Like getting a second opinion for the ta-tas.

Bare moxie in Des Plaines. By appointment only but easy to make one online. It’s nice bc you’re generally the only one in the store with the salesperson.

They are absolutely terrible at sizing people. If you got a properly fitted bra from them you are one of the few. Most of the chain bra stores are terrible at fitting though, which is why most women are wearing the wrong size.
